Refund and Cancellation Policy

Our promise, plainly
We want Be Screen Free to feel like the right decision — not something you got stuck with. We've built our refund terms to be fair to you while protecting the work that goes into our materials. If you have a genuine problem, tell us, and we'll always try to make it right.
The Circle (membership)
- Monthly ($9/month): You can cancel anytime, in two clicks, from your account. You'll keep access through the end of the month you've paid for, and you won't be charged again. We don't pro-rate partial months.
- Annual ($79/year): If The Circle isn't right for you, let us know within 14 days of your purchase for a full refund. After that, you can cancel anytime to stop the next renewal, and you'll keep access until your year is up. If a refund is issued, your access ends immediately and any materials you've downloaded must be deleted.
The 30-Day Screen-Free Reset ($39)
- Because the Reset is a digital product you download and keep, the following applies:
- A refund is available only if you request it within 24 hours of purchase and you have not yet downloaded or accessed the materials.
- Once the materials have been downloaded or accessed, the sale is final and no refund can be given, since the product is yours to keep from that moment.
- If a file won't open or you received the wrong item, contact us — we'll always fix a genuine technical problem, regardless of the window.
Printables and digital downloads
Because these are delivered instantly and are yours to keep, all sales of individual printables and bundles are final once the file has been downloaded or accessed. If a file won't open or downloads incorrectly, write to us and we'll make it right.
Intellectual property and refunds
All of our digital materials are the property of Be Screen Free and are licensed to you for your own personal, family use only. You may not copy, share, resell, or redistribute them. If you receive a refund for any product, your license to use that product ends immediately, and you agree to delete and stop using all copies of the materials. Keeping or using our materials after a refund is unauthorized and a breach of these terms.
